Okay for some reason I finished two battles with this ability and I didn't get XP at all :(

The pet ability Tidal Wave will clear the Sons of the Root off the battlefield.

And then immediately crash the pet battle.

I think that last bit's a bug.

If the ability Reflection is was used against this ability, the pet which used Sons of the Root ~~will~~ would be submerged for the two turns but the pet which used Reflection ~~will~~ would gain the mini-roots. Something sort of like:

uses Sons of the Root
uses Reflection
Submerges
is above ground and gains 6 roots
Roots 1 and 2 explode, dealing damage to Turnip
is Submerged and unable to act
is unable to act or switch out
Roots 3 and 4 explode, dealing damage to Turnip
emerges and throws a rock at you
is unable to act or switch out
Roots 5 and 6 explode, dealing damage to Turnip

However, if Reflection is was used while the target is was submerged, it ~~will~~ would crash the pet battle. Like this:

uses Sons of the Root
attempts to poke with a stick. It misses
Roots 1 and 2 explode, dealing damage to Your Pet
is submerged
uses Reflection
Roots 3 and 4 explode
The battle ends

Reflection no longer exists.

Bugged for me on Fangor. When he does his Burrow attack, it will hit me when I'm underground.

Like most other abilities, it says "2 rounds", but will also function the round it's cast, for three total uses. Rather useful for avoiding multi-round attacks like Swarm.

It seems to bug the battle and give no experience to any participating pets, regardless of level, if the last pet is killed with this ability.

It CAN hit burrowed pets. You can also be hit BY dig-like attacks, despite being 'unattackable'.

Overall, it seems to be one of those abilities that seems wonderful, but has quite a few bugs and misrepresentations, currently.
