Drops off the Dark Iron Ambassador https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/npc=6228 who spawns on the north side of the tunnel leading to Thermaplugg.

Best 29 twink bracers for a Druid/Rogue/Hunter, and fairly easy to farm for being a rare spawn. Have a level 60-70 rogue go through the back door of the Gnomeregon and stealth all the way to the tunnel before Thermaplugg (the last boss). In this tunnel, have a macro (ex. /target Dark Iron Ambassador) and spam it to see if you got him. Dark Iron Ambassador is a dwarf-caster that patrols up and down the tunnel.

Not worth farming for imo. Have to be lucky enough to get the rarespawn, then even when you do, the chances of getting one with the stats you want is like 1 in 10-14.

Yes, farming odds are low...and worse than 1:10 or 1:14. With the Armory, it shows there are 34 variants of these cuffs. Two to three of each kind, e.g. for the monkey, 5/5 and 5/6, etc. (I have a 28 shaman with the 5/5 Monkey, and another 28 shaman with 6/5 Whale). While you might be OK with the 5/5 there are a lot of "Of Agility/Spirit/Stamina" which diminish your chances.

If we say the Ambassador spawns, say, 10% of visits, then the odds for a perfect Monkey are 1/10*1/34*1/3 (Chance of the bracers dropping and not gun,etc). So, each visit you'd have roughly 1/1000 chance of getting your perfect Monkey.

https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/item=6902 are a medium drop, and give you 12 usable stat points for melee leatherwearer.

The Backdoor into Gnomeregan is unlocked with the Workshop Key carried by the Electrocutioner 6000. The lock can also be picked by a rogue. The backdoor is inside the Train Depot near Techbot — just walk straight forward instead of turning to the left. On the other side of the first big room, the back door is ready to be opened.

Currently all randomized animal attributes have been normalized so that there is only one set of values for a current item level. What this means for these wrists is that the Agility, Intellect, Spirit, or Stamina modifiers will always be +9. Falcon, wolf, owl, and eagle will always have values of 5/5. The "of power" modifier is giving +18 AP.

Any randomized items obtained before this change have had their stats updated so there are no grandfathered items that are better.

Ran Gnomer 33 times recently for twink gear, Ambassador spawned 1 time in the first 30 attempts, then 2 out of the last 3 runs.

3/33 = 9.1%, so 10% spawn rate is about right.

Dropped the gun twice and the mace once, no bracers.

This is how i farm for it (2 accounts required)

1.) Make a macro "/target Dark Iron Ambassador"
2.) Start a party with your high level, your twink needs to be the leader
3.) Run through the dungeon with your high level leving the twink by the entrance. start spamming your macro when you are close to the "cave", get aggro and run all the way back

if he's not targeted, he hasn't re-spawned then just leave party and you will be thrown out in 1 min, re-invite your high level and reset the dungeon

4.)Repeat until desired gear drop

The ones he dropped for me were "of Agilitty", they give +8. After you kill the end boss of gnomer just wait in the door way and the mob will patrol to the bottom of the ramp on the left.

The Ambassador who drops these is a random spawn and is not always around. To see a map of where he's located at, click here. If you're looking to be a 29 twink, these are your best choice, depending on what kind you want (agility, eagle, ect...). However, taking into account that he won't always be there, he doesn't always drop the cuffs, and he will almost never drop the type of cuffs you want given he is there and does drop them... This really isn't worth the effort. You could be running Gnomeregan over 1,000 times, and by then, you'll have dinged 30. Go for Barbaric Bracers, they're cheap and easy to obtain. And the stats on them are still pretty good.

For the twinks in the 29 bracket looking for "Of the Monkey" but not receiving much information here:

I got these after roughly ~40 runs with the +5 agi +5 stam variant, and probably ~50-60 runs for my 6/5 variant. (The worst variant)

For a brief period of time, the game was bugged dropping 6/6 Cuffs, and 7/7 Charged Gears. Despite this, keep note that you can only get 6/5, or 5/6 (And 7/6, 6/7 for Charged Gears)

2 Accounts
- 70 Druid
- 70 Rogue
- 23 Rogue

Lockpicked & Stealthed to the hallway (from the back entrance of Gnomeragan) where the Ambassador can spawn -

*Right before the final boss, Mekgineer Whatshisname, in the tunnel full of Dark Iron boys, he walks all the way from the top of the tunnel to the bottom and repeats. Can generally be anywhere along the tunnel when you come through the door to it
* if a Dark Iron Agent is patrolling the back wall of the tunnel, there can not be an Ambassador

Stealth in -> Check for Ambassador (Target macro not really needed)

If he is there, clear a pathway back to the entrance.

Log into 70 druid, log into 23 Rogue, put 23 rogue on follow & walk to the boss.

Kill boss & hope for cuffs.

Based on droprate for "Of the Monkey" (~16%) you have something like a 1/7 chance for the enchant upon bracer drop.
Bracer at (~40%) droprate is a 1/2.5 chance of dropping.
Dark Iron ambassador spawned for me at an average of ~1/4 spawns, but I did go dry multiple times for 8+ runs, and had a period of 3 spawns in 5 dungeons as well, others report roughly 1/6 chance of spawning.

1/7 * 1/2.5 * 1/6 should be roughly a 1/103 chance if my brain math checks out, so I was pretty lucky to get it around the ~40th dungeon (On the 10th drop).

I farmed these specifically to fight Boomkin/Arcane mages really, because at +5 +5 I'm not entirely sure they're 100% better than the from BfD. (4str, 6 agi, 2 stam). I think +6 agi on your Emissary Cuffs will make it worth the difference, but there's options in preference between Barbaric Bracers, Bands of Serra'kis, Gallan Cuffs, and Emi Cuffs.
