It's unfortunate that every other season apparently rotates bad rings. S5 and S7 have only two rings total, the caster version of which comes with +hit attached. Given the premium one pays for slight upgrades each season -- and also the wealth of neck items itemized for each spec possible -- I don't understand why this policy is in place. S6 was great, you had your veritable pick of the litter for rings. Now? Bleh.
