New quest reward? Although the ilvl looks too high to come from the new Dustwallow Marsh content. Great stats for Warriors and Rogues PVPing in the 40-49 bracket, and incredibly low speed means the occasional Throw is going to do some hefty damage.

This item is also somewhat of an oddity, because the damage is set to one number... Not a bad thing, because it means it is predictable, but still somewhat odd.

Slowest throwing weapon in the game. I'm level 66 and still haven't found a throwing weapon capable of doing more damage than this one with deadly throw.

every number on this weapon can be divided by 3 (damage, dps, dura, speed, crit, ap)!!!

Buffed in one of the recent patches (probably 3.1.0), now 130 to 131 damage.

Probably one of the slowest throwing weapons I've ever seen.

This could totally serve as a mediocre 2 hand weapon with this speed.

Or one of the greatest enhancement shaman/combat rogues main hands...

these did more damage then my Whirling Steel Axes but I lost +4 Str and +3 Stam not to mention they're a little slower.
