Unbound Dryads in Crystal Song drop them like candy. I kill like 10 during a quest and got 6-7 potions.

A pretty decent place to farm these if you're Horde are around Star's Rest killing Winter's Sister. After about 10 minutes I had 5, about the same as the Unbound Dryads stated above, but with a lot less HP.

Question of the year: What's the crit chance on these babies? They sure seem to proc more often than the regular base crit of 5%.

They also for some reason drop in sethekk halls from TBC, I've received a few of them over the course of farming Anzu.
