I found this recipe on the AH for only 90g, cheap seeing how the website says it sells for 200g. Nice buy imo

In game it says it has 10 charges. When I post it in trade it says 1 charge.

Has anybody had the same issue?

Can we get any JC who's used this design to verify whether it is 1 charge or 10 charges?

This is a very rare world drop that can drop anywhere in Outland.

The specs on this necklace appear designed for casters in PvP. There's much better gear now, of course.

I just got this recipe in Nagrand off one of the fallen in Windyreed village, i just put it up for 250g buy out and 200g starting bid on Barthilius Horde.

Wasnt another one on the AH so its not very common.
