Also seems to be dropping from located at 60,87, but they seems to only spawn with some sort of rare event.
You'll know if the event is up by a marker on the minimap, and there will also be some friendly there while the event is ongoing.

This turns you into a spectral pirate, like it says. More interestingly, it also turns your mounts spectral.

Your best chance at getting this is farming because the other NPC () is tied only to an event and has a limited number of mobs. The other problem is that if you have looted the chest on the character you are farming on, they the pirates will be friendly. I used an alt who cleared the cave over and over and ignored the chest, mailed the grog to my main and never had a problem.

This item is consumed when used. So it's not a permanent transformation item.

After you loot the chest in the Blackguard's cave the Spectral Pirates become friendly, so if you want to stock up on this item, do so before looting the chest or you'll have to farm them on an alt. Don't do like I did and find this out the hard way.

Update: Looks like Evenuel is right - they appear to be on a timer that resets them to hostile after a while.

Just as a note for Druids, if you shift into any of your forms the buff will be removed. Sadly.

Just like some colour enhancing buffs, it can be used with 纯血火鹰 or 堕落火鹰, to drastically change the appearance and colour of the two mounts. However, it does look slightly glitchy :P

Any shapeshifting act will make this awesome spectral look disapear !

So demon locks, shamans, druids, so on so on. even cooldowns that make u look diffrent will make this disapear!

This stacks with the Rogue Glyph of Disguise . Even better, the grog will stay even after the disguise runs out or falls off from combat, meaning you can restealth and get more disguises.

You can use Fire-Watcher's Oath first and then this brew :) U get purple pirate :D If u have female character u get male pirate skin, its looks like as some bug :) Seems its take Oath male form before your character gender
