~~Drums of Speed and~~ Drums of Panic still works at max level.
Drums of Restoration and Drums of Battle can only be used by players below level 80.

yo are they trying to phase out shamans completely? first give the mages a haste buff and then go ham on all other shammy specs, i mean enhance shamans aren't even viable at all anymore, all people want are resto, then they go off and take away the only useful thing for the class

looks like ill be the 10th million player to role a dk main now

In case anyone is wondering, the drum makes a total of 20 one-charge items (1 Magnificent Hide = 20 mini-Heroisms).

This appears to be a random Pandaria world drop like many of the other patterns and schematics introduced in patch 5.4. I believe it has a fairly high drop rate as I've now farmed 4 of the new patterns in about 15 minutes of grinding for each.

Specifically this dropped for me off of a Golden Tiger in the Jade Forest.
