Basic math:

Normal followers give 175 resources.

1 follower with scavenger gives: 175 resources x 3 = 525 resources.
2 followers with scavenger gives: (175 resources x 3) x 2 = 1050 resources.
3 followers with scavenger gives: (175 resources x 3) x 3 = 1575 resources.
