One of three new missions added in 7.3.2 which the patch notes state will reward follower armor upgrades. Since the required ilvl is 925, this will likely reward ilvl 950 armor.

Seems to make getting to Take the Edge Off quicker, as 2 of these Xenedar Armor Set missions can be up at the same time.
