I just re-subbed after a year and I look at my missions trying to remember how to do these things, I read the reward for Tip the Scales here. It reads "Brittle Spelltome - Use: Grants 945 million Artifact Power to your currently equipped Artifact." 945 MILLION? Is that a typo? Sadly I don't even have the 100 resources to run the mission. When I get them, when I remember how, I will update what happens. I'm guessing this is to catch me up? I don't know.
