There are three Arakkoa Villages;each with progressive levels of NPCS involved in this quest. Start with the one closest to you which is in the west of the forest. Move up to the village behind the Cenarion Outpost (beware the moths) and then across to the higher level camp that is on the edges of Shattrath City.

The eyes resemble large green orbs held in a gold bird claw.
North Village they are located in one of two huts with black orbs outside. West Village I can't remember if its on the tree or the ground. The third eye in the eastern village is on the treetops and across a bridge.

Make sure you pick up the accessory quests in the Stronghold to kill the leaders and the quest for Arakkoa feathers to maximize your play time.

somehow I'm not eligible for this quest, does anyone know if there is a pre-req?
could it be that you can't have done the Eyes of Skettis (since it involves the same items)?

This quest is bugged for me.The third eye - Eye of Veil Skith - is MIA :P

I see Wowhead is listing it as an unknown item (Item #25635) too so that's that. Don't bother with this quest until this post gets downvoted is my advice. Cheers!
