I was unable to pick up this quest as a non-Draenei, as of the most recent patch, I am not sure if this is a bug or not.

This q just like some others is draenai only... If u r leveling a non-draenai in Azuremist-Bloodmist find a hunter trainer at u'r homeland...

For all the taming quests, and for your taming needs before lvl 20 as a draenei, apply Gift of the Naaru before you start the taming, and you're all set.

For taming after lvl 20, drop a Freezing Trap and then start your taming. The beast runs into the trap and will stay there for most part of the reminder of the taming process.
