This quest had an AWFUL droprate for me. The ones above with 6/7 or whatever ... Just too lucky for their own good. Had to kill 36 to finish this.

this quest is from shaman chain, and as a reward for completing the chain u will be able to use water totems

It seemed like I got a better droprate when the Fouled Water Spirit died in the water, rather than on land.

The drop rate was great. Never went in the water and got about 80% drop.
