Each of the races has a seperate NPC that gives this quest. The NPC is usually located near the tailoring trainers in the race's capital. Turning in the quest to that race's NPC also gives you a significant amount of reputation for that race.

For warlocks at least: Ask the guards in Orgrimmar for the tailor trainer. They will send you to the Drag at 63,51. The NPC is called "Rashona Straglash". She will take your wool. She stands inside the shop "Magar's Cloth Goods".

The orc one is at the tailor trainer, the troll one is at the mage trainer.

At level 14 this gave me 2850 xp with the Recruit-A-Friend bonus.

EDIT: Just did at 34 and it gave the same amount. Was kind of thinking it might scale with level. Guess not.

This cloth turn-in is for Darkspear Trolls, but the log, according to wowhead, says you get recognition for Ironforge

Anyone else find it fishy that it will "net you full recognition by Ironforge"..? You'd think the trolls would rather care for themselves than for the dwarves.
