Just like the other whelps, you bring this one to it's oathstone to hatch. After seeing the cutscene with Alexstraza and Vyranoth, I feel justified in my discomfort of these eggs being baptized in Titan Order juice without their consent and it feels a bit ominous that we make them hatch at their oathstones, symbolically binding them further to the cause of their flight.

On the other hand, these quests are soooo stinkin' cute and I love flying around with an egg strapped to my back lol. The quests are mostly busy-work but don't take very long and rewards come fast in the form of multiple pets per flight and fun mini-games available for the different colors (helping the whelps learn to fly in old Azeroth zones, using altered dragonriding).

These quests are also great for lore and give a unique, refreshingly everyday experiences in a fantasy world. A lot of people like to strictly follow the path of a 'Hero' and this sort of task might seem underwhelming, but given the superhero-like powers these babies possess I doubt many mortals COULD manage to stand on equal ground with the Daycare employees WITHOUT being as well trained as we are.

The Bronze Oathstone is miles away in Thaldraszus:

The quest destination wasn't showing on my map properly. Yet another "fly all over the place" questline...

To hatch the egg you need to click on the extra action button while near the Bronze Oathstone in Thaldraszus.

The Bronze Oathstone is at the Temporal Conflux (60,82) where the portal takes you into a different zone to do the Storm's Fury quest

I know this goes for most quests, but make sure you're not in a Raid group!
The extra button still shows up and plays the cinematic if you are, but it won't complete the quest.
Took me ages to work out what I was doing wrong lol.
