You will find Ol' Emma on the canal side of Cathdral Square.
Her house is at 52,43.

Saying "canal side" is a bit vague considering it has water on 3 sides...the house is on the SE side...closest to the trade district.

I believe what the above poster meant was the house is on the outside ring of catherdal square...coords are spot on...

You can find her if you go from cathedral district towards trade district. You will see question mark on your minimap....

Old Emma wanders on the Canal Side of the Northern Edge of the trade district or on the canal of the southern side of the cathedral district. Approximately: 52, 43.

I found her walking on the opposite side of the canal from her house (where QH said she would be) in the trade district. Then i saw her going across the bridge to the square, so I guess she wanders around the canals.
