You can find Sprinkle on the opposite side of Gadgetzan from Marin.

Yes Marin is on the west side of Gadgetzan (inside not outside). Very easy quest lol.

Awards 650 experience post 2.3. Completed it on 12/02/07.

I'm not even sure if this could be considered a real quest, but hey, I won't argue with that small amount of 650 Experience it gives you. Sprinkle is just North of Marin Noggenfogger, and she's in front of the little hut (still in Gadgetzan,) with Alchemist Pestlezugg (Man, these goblins have WEIRD NAMES!!) the Alchemy Supplier.
