Saberclaw Skitterers drop the Sharpened Crab Claws, killed 2 to get 2.
Ravenous Threshers drop the Shark Sinew, killed 4 to get 3.

Keep an eye out while killing crabs. One of them should drop a "Crumpled Treasure Map". This starts the quest Kliklak's Claw.

You should also come across an NPC called Adarrah west-northwest of the Shallow's End. She is floating in a nearby air pocket at (54:43). She offers the escort quest Gimme Shelter! looking for safe passage to the Smuggler's Hole underwater cave just to the north of her.

This quest never made it out of beta. As the crabs are neutral and not part of any quest it's quite difficult to know that they drop an item that starts a quest.
