While many players dislike PvP islands or even islands in general it is probably a good idea for players that are looking to finish PvP island achievements do so now rather than later. The main reason being that, while Blizzard has indicated that they will likely make Islands not require 3 players in the future, PvP islands will likely still require a player on the other side to retain their PvP aspect, which means it will be even harder to find matches when Shadowlands launches and BFA content gets relegated to oblivion.
Players looking to finish

before BFA ends should spend some time doing PvP Islands before Shadowlands, as it requires
