It appears that on the latest PTR build, Blizzard has removed the
Brew of the Year
achievement from the list of requirements for the
Brewmaster
meta-achievement—and by extension, for the mega-achievement
What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been
. Death Knights now no longer have to wait until 2010 for their shot at the

This is coming hot on the heels of another PTR change which was announced some time earlier regarding the
Fool For Love
meta-achievement (which, like the
Brewmaster
achievement, grants a title). For those of you who missed it, the notorious
Be Mine!
achievement which spawned so much drop-rate related controversy, has been nerfed: You now only need to find
six
of the eight Valentine's candies in order to qualify. You can see the signs of this in the
PTR version
of the achievement.
Some people are saying this is great news—now they get their achievements, their title, and their mount. Others are worrying that Blizzard is caving to the demands of a few angry forum posters.
