Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission 늑대의 소굴 to pop up
After 3-6 hours you get 전초기지 강화 임무 보고서: 늑대의 소굴 quest.
Following quest 늑대의 소굴 is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost

After completing this mission & the travel-to-the-outpost quest that follows on I got...

...two wolves sitting out front of the cave and three adolescent wolves running around.

They don't seem to do anything. Possibly there's going to be a later follow on?

But so far it seems purely cosmetic.
