Tried to use 5 accounts at once trick for first dungeon of the day. Alts didn't get any items other than the blossoms. Probably doesn't work. Soloable as prot paladin 290 ilvl but took me a while, like 6 phases.

Smorca의 댓글

You need 2200 Burning Blossom ty buy all the new transmogs

Majduska의 댓글

Mount can drop only on the first try of the day. Use 5 accounts if you can to increase your chances.
Transmog items can drop on alts even if it's not the first try of the day!

RELOG/PEEK METHOD WAS FIXED AND IS NO LONGER WORKING! Every bag is now auto-looted when you click on it, even if you have auto-loot disabled.

The month of June 2026 brings us three different Sunwalker/Tauren-themed sets with accompanying totems that can be displayed on the back and matching mounts.

Two sets, the Sunbringer and Duskrunner sets, are available via the Trading Post for June 2026, while the Sun Festival set is available through the Midsummer Fire Festival. The totems accompanying each sets are available from the Trading Post (Sunbringer and Duskrunner) or the Midsummer Fire Festival vendors (Sun Festival). The mount matching the Sunbringer set is available as the Traveler's Log reward for June 2026. The mount matching the Duskrunner set is available from the Trading Post for June 2026. The mount maching the Sun Festival set is a possible drop from doing 아훈 during the Midsummer Fire Festival.

The Sunbringer and Sun Festival sets sport a bright color scheme, while the Duskrunner set sports a darker palette while still being sun-themed.

According to Wowhead's Midsummer Fire Festival guide, the gear items (excluding the totems) from the Sun Festival set can also drop from doing 아훈 in addition to being purchasable from vendors. Unlike the Sunbringer and Duskrunner sets, the Sun Festival set does not appear as an 'ensemble' item, but it appears in the apperances set menu along with the other sets as normal.

Here's my experience with the relog trick. At first i got nothing when i checked the bag (don't loot it!) and upon relogging many times I would sometimes get the same item several times, the boots. This led me to believe you couldnt ever get anything else, but the third time there was loot I got the mount and a belt in the same bag!

TLDR keep relogging and checking the bag until you get the mount.

kiarathecat의 댓글

Used the relogging method. At first I tried the multiple alt method but then committed to one alt that ended up having the wylderdrake armor in the bag. The manuscript stayed consistent and I just relogged on that character. Got the mount after 107 relogs. Method no longer works.

Cheese still works as of right now. Don't bother using more than 1 char.

The number of trash items stays the same, but what you're rerolling is the epic/rare item slot which isn't always visible. My bag had 8 flowers 7 snowballs which stayed the same over 20 logins, but had a different epic item every other login, which eventually was the mount.

Freajka의 댓글

The bag cheese and logout on the same char still works as of now, just got my mount after ~50 tries on EU.

wctea의 댓글

Bag cheese method still working after the Tuesday reset. Only took about 15 relogs.

The bag initially contained:

12x Burning Blossom
4x Snowball
1x Illusion: Deathfrost
1x Sun Festival's Painted Striders

On the relog where I got the mount, everything in the bag stayed the same except the Sun Festival's Painted Striders were replaced with the mount.

dkicemandk의 댓글

as of now - relog still works. got it after around 75 relogs.

When you get the bag, you can safely open it, but do not loot anything, unless the mount is there :D
If the mount is not there, simply logout and login again, and try open the bag again.

OBS - to speed up this process, i suggest finding an inn keeper where there is not that many players, like your garrison from dreanor.

happy hunting :)

The Cheese is now FIXED

As of Tuesday evening the bag that drops from Ahune now automatically places items into your bag instead of giving you the option to peek inside.

Exploit early and often, grats to those who got it.

Borga76의 댓글

Considering that the cheese is now fixed, I now dread that if this means they're going to be applying the same kind of "fix" to other holiday content. R.I.P. to anyone who didn't already get all of the mounts and other rare items. Hopefully they don't, but I'm not holding my breath.
I feel like no matter how you slice it only 1 attempt per ENTIRE B.NET ACCOUNT per day just sounds a lot worse than being able to have multiple, unless the bad luck protection is actually quite good.

Got the mount by using 5 accounts took me 8 minutes , put 3 accounts on /follow and activated auto-run near the end to get them closer to the boss and got 5 satchel without problem

People just downvoting instead of just trying it

1 got 서리 군주의 왕관
1 got 글라즈퓨리스 - 깊은 한기의 낫
1 got 글라즈퓨리스 - 깊은 한기의 뾰족지팡이
I can't remember what the 4th got
and the last got the mount

I can confirm the 5 alt method still works! Got 2x mounts and 1x tmog! :-)
Happy hunting!

The one bag reset trick was hotfixed recently.

Fixed an issue that allowed the contents Satchel of Chilled Goods to reroll each time it was opened.

However the mount drop rate has been increased and should increase till the end of the event until one eventually gets it.

Sun Festival Painted Roc’s chance to drop in Satchel of Chilled Goods has been doubled for the first drop of the day on the account. The drop rate from the first satchel will continue to increase each day until it is obtained.

I hope that this will be enough for everyone to get it!

The one main and 4 free group method still works as of today. I just got the mount on one of my free accounts while running with the main account.

Steps:
1. Create four starter world of warcraft accounts linked to your main account. Make characters on the faction your main will be on.
a. Your main should be a tank that can heal like a guardian druid.
b. One of your alt free accounts needs to have a healing spec like a priest, druid, shaman, or paladin.
c. All starter accounts need to be an allied race so they start at level 10.
2. Log into all five versions of WoW and log into the characters. I recommend setting your graphics to 1 and disabling addons to try and get this part to work.
3. Have your main invite all four of your starter accounts.
4. Have your main queue into the dungeon. You not only have to accept the queue on all alts and the main but you also have to accept again when the dungeon pops on all five accounts.
5. Solo the boss with your main. You do not need to cycle to your alts at all during the fight as they will not afk out.
6. Loot the bag on all five of your characters and profit.

The above method can be done once a day. The benefit is the bad luck protection applies faster and you have five chances per day to get the mount vs. one. The downside is this is not an easy solo for most players and this method is really annoying to setup.

So I was out of town until today (missed almost 6 days of the event and chances at the mount), unpacked, started laundry, put my son to sleep, cleaned the house, finally came 2 am i was about to sit down and relax. Tried that 1 main and 3 alts in one go (needed a friend to help me out since I'm not that geared to solo) and managed to get 태양 축제의 도색 로크 on my first 한기서린 물품 주머니 on one of my alts before I clicked my main's bag. So I can confirm it still works that way for sure. Good luck team! ❤︎

Just got this on my 5th day of attempts!

Even thought I have 3 WOW accounts, I believe its a whole Bnet warband account first attempt per day with increase chance per day across the whole warband.

My other 2 account toons would usually only get Burning Blossom and Snowball. Only one account per day would receive an item such as gear.
Good luck to the other mount farmers out there!

Got it on my 22th attempt, just one account, but i've seen it drop two other times, maybe drop chance is higher than the reported 0.2%?

After so many tries/attempts for the mount. I have finally made an account to comment so a Blizzard employee, RNG gods, or fate can make a miracle happen with the drop. The event is coming to an end and I still haven't been blessed with the new mount. I have ran the dungeon everyday since the event began and I've only gotten flowers and snow in my bags. So, if you are reading this, here is a song to show how much I need this mount to drop.

Somewhere Out There... Is My Painted Roc

(To the tune of "Somewhere Out There")

Verse 1
Somewhere out there...
My Painted Roc is waiting...
Someone else just looted it today.
I've killed Ahune daily,
My luck has failed me greatly...
The mount just seems to always get away.

Verse 2
Somewhere out there...
Another trade chat's glowing...
"First try!" is what everybody writes.
I clap and say, "That's awesome..."
While crying in the blossoms...
Of RNG that ruins all my nights.

Chorus
And even though I queue each day,
I know there's still a chance... they say.
If fortune smiles on me,
Perhaps tomorrow's BLP...
Will finally set my Roc free.

Bridge
I've got the pets... the mogs... the cloaks...
Enough flowers to fill a dozen oaks.
But every satchel that I open...
There's disappointment tucked inside.

Final Chorus
Somewhere out there...
My Painted Roc is soaring...
Carried by the luck I never had.
Until that glorious day,
I'll grind and softly pray...
Please, Blizzard... make my day.

Ended up getting this on day 4 of the festival. Is this one like ultra rare like the love rocket or do we have increased chances to get it as the attempts go on?

Shashos의 댓글

Event ends in 2 days and still no luck. I really am not fond of the one chance per day thing.

Edit: No mount. Figures.

Jride225의 댓글

Is this actually the drop chance 0.2% seems painfully low for something like this.... That's worse than the Big Love Rocket. :(

Tokurei의 댓글

So why couldn't they just put this on the vendor for 1000 flowers? :|

Dropped this evening Saturday 04/07/2026 at 09:34pm after 14 attempts.

Well, I have tried each day of the event, and the mount did not drop.
The developers really do not like to respect the players time when it comes to limited time event.

And I get it, player retention and such, but this seems overly predatory and rude to the player base.

gmisterX의 댓글

Another event where daily engagement rewards no mount, and puts you in timeout for a year.

I keep hoping they will simply put the mounts on the vendor for a very high amount of currency (equivalent to daily engagement) or just remove the once per day restriction, with lower chances perhaps

arasimus의 댓글

Can confirm that mount will drop on 2nd and after free accounts you have, each account's attempt is possible. Got mine on third account's bag opening for the day. Playing completely free, no paid sub, each character lvl 10-12. Got it on a toon that dinged 12.
