.. but question is not when ever the spec is odd or me being out of my right twisted mind.
The real question is this: Bloodworms proc chance, is that for Main hand only or is there a chance that they will proc on offhand aswell ?
I have never had the chance to test it my self, and wondered if any of you have had the time.
The spec:

Comments:
Starting on some serious rep grind and to lower downtime and making farming instances such as ZG less painfull I thourght that the blood tree would be the way to go due to the ammount of healh gain. Dualwield because of the attack speed and due to the fact that the mobs dies waaay to fast for 2h to be fun.
Also, the more armor / dodge the merrier tbh.
I have failry good
gear
, and the MH/OH is Uld25 and Uld10 weapons
Any thourghts on this ?

All that was said above, it's a bad idea to DW from blood. How do you get through Ulduar and not know this?
Finally, Blood Worms is on a PPM I believe

Not to totally hijack, but @Eleazer, if it's PPM, why do they bother putting a percentage in the tool tip?

Same reason Windfury and Rune of CinderGlacier/Razorice/Fallen Crusader are all percentage based on swings and yet PPM based.

Windfury isn't PPM, it's percentage with an internal cooldown. That's different. If it was PPM, it would proc more with slower weapons and less with faster weapons.
Edit: In thinking though, I should rescind my earlier question.
When thinking about Windfury, I was thinking about how it was different than Seal of Command. With WF, haste was always a benefit, and you wanted to get close to the sweet spot of 1.5 weapon speed for the internal cooldown, but SoComm was PPM and haste didn't affect your SoComm procs at all (but did list a percentage as well).

is the spec i use for solo grind.
in tank gear using dps rotation, easily chain pulled kara and soloed most bosses w/o hp dropping below 80%. just use normal dps rotation, pop some CDs or self heals = ftw.
very easy to solo alot of stuff..

Wow, your understanding of WF is very flawed. With WF you go slower the better, as you wanted to maximise your WF strikes and crits. 2.8 speed was perfect as the internal cooldown was 3 seconds. Correct it is not a ppm based mechanic but works similar to one in that with perfect results you will only get so many procs per minute. Factor in 1 swing every 3 seconds proccing windfury that would give you your PPM for WF.
Any shaman running around with a 1.5 weapon is gimping his overall dps and diminishing his WF returns there are a dozen reports verifying this.
SoC had a problem in that it's haste effect lowered the dps every swing while increasing the haste which is not what anyone wanted.. Please learn your skill, and do your homework next time. There was a huge difference between SoC procs and every other haste based mechanic. SoC got faster but weaker like Cobra Reflexes for Hunter pets.

Windfury is not the reason shamans use slow 1 hand weapons, they use slow one hand weapons because of storm strike and lava lash both being an instant attack that is based on the weapon damage and yes 1.5 is the windfury sweet spot.
(Yes I realize I added no valuable information to the OPs thread)
Wrong. Entirely. I play an enhancement shaman. You want the slowest weapon speed possible for an enhancement shaman because:
Yes, the long WF explanation already stated.
Flametongue weapon
deals more damage with slower weapon speeds, while
Flurry
bumps weapon speed back up.
Windfury Weapon
DOES have an internal cooldown of 3 seconds, which would be optimally set at 20 per minute, but due to luck and such, it's closer to 15 per minute. If you use a faster weapon, it WON'T proc it anymore, perhaps 17 times tops, but because the weapon speed is faster, it hits for far less. (Not to mention it doesn't work with
Flametongue weapon
)
And
Stormstrike
and
Lava Lash
are hardly reasons to use slow weapons since nearly 50% of a shaman's DPS comes from spells.
So yeah. No.

The reason Enhance Shamans need Slow/Slow is to maximise the usage of WF because WF is a huge portion of their dps. SS is such a minor part of our dps and a secondary reason for the slow/slow weapons, as the enhance above said SS/LL are good reasons, but not the main reasons as they are a small portion of your dps.
WF is the largest reason that enhance goes Slow/Slow
Now back to the thread at hand.
Slow/Slow will maximise a majority of the DW frost DPS attacks so is the way to go. FS/OB/BS all profit from slow/slow.
