SoD/SoF vs PLD

What in your opinion is a best trinket?

Solace of the Defeated/Fallen or Purified Lunar Dust?

As a source of mp5 I know Solace is theoretically better

but in a fight environment which one you think it's best PLD or SoD/F?

Considering also the improvement of SP in PLD

What do you need most? Throughput or longevity? One has more SP, the other has more mp5, pick whichever you need the most... In either case, hold on to the other trinket.

Yup. A good healer will have multiple trinkets, depending on what is needed. Obviously you will use certain trinkets more often, but you want the availability of the other.

Also, what is the other trinket you are using?

Right now I've decided to use both SoD and PLD... I put Althor in the bench cause it didn't increased my healing that much, I can spam more heals with both mp5 trinkets...

but I still use on some shorter fights... usually when we run icc with 3 healers since the heals load isn't so big

but on Saurfang I still feel better with both mp5 trinkets since I prefer not have to use mana pots and dark runes at all than still need mana after using those

I currently raid hc icc (10 man) my gear is not that good since I don't raid icc25 with guild... most my gear is crafted bought with emblems (5981 gs only)
