I usually like to say that all comps are beatable. In the case of Druid/DK, save yourself the trouble and queue dodge if they last for more than a minute.
You need to sap the DK, and play aggressive as hell. Switch as often as you can, notably once LB gets to a 3x stack, since the Rogue won't kill anything through that.
However, don't actually TRY to Mana Burn. For example, if their Druid is retarded enough to actually get hit by Mana Burn, punish him for it. However, if he's actually using LoS to avoid you, don't waste your time doing it. You need to keep Abolish Disease and PW:S up on both you and the Rogue as often as possible.
I remember playing this as R/M, and all I can say was... We would try to kill the Death Knight in the first 10 seconds, because once Kidney Shot wore off, my Rogue was going to die. Every time you switch, you need to dispel LB off the target that you switched off of, in order to force them to recreate a 3x stack.
If they don't suck, just save yourself the trouble and queue dodge. This is
probably
the 2's comp without any counters. (including soft ones)
There are 2 counters that can beat this comp the majority of the time. Prot healer/feral(which I play, but it is a long, tough fight), and warrior/druid.
As I've stated in my "why DK's are OP" thread, you state exactly the same. Make sure when fighting a DK, when he comes out of CC, you need to have heals, bubble, and abolish disease on the rogue already. Probably your best chance would be to put major pressure on the druid, wait for the DK to DG you off the druid, then blind him, fear him, and vanish/resap the DK. If you scare the druid, the DK will try to DG you. I'm not sure how well a fear on the druid would work, but if you get the druid to pop his Barkskin on the initial, a resap/re open while the priest is spamming dispell on the druid would be your best chance.
If you fear them both, I would try to get a sap on the druid so the priest can dispel spam him and remove all his HoT's after barkskin, then sap the DK and open on the druid. It's your best shot. If you can fear bomb and save CoS for second open, when the DK is out of sap(I assume it works on DG and CoI). Honestly, playing aggressive against the druid is your only chance for a shorter than 20 minute match. If you go with this strategy, don't waste mana on burning, you have to kill the druid before he's oom. They will out last you in every way. You have no chance against outlasting this comp IMO, you have to go aggressive and burst the druid down on second opener after barkskin, or keep trying to burst him till he makes a mistake and the DK is out of cooldowns.
That's really your best shot. IMO, DK/resto will nearly always beat priest/rogue unless you play very aggressively. Cast DoT's, Dispels, and direct damage, ignore his mana, he has to die, not go oom.
Literally, the only 2 comps that have a chance in hell of outlasting DK/resto druid are the 2 I mentioned.
I would get him to Barkskin with MB and smite spamming, then after that, try to get a resap on DK and fully DoT, burst, shadow fiend and nuke the druid down as hard as possible. If you can get a hard nuke after barkskin, you have a chance, and IMO is your only chance.
GL! And I hope you master destroying this team, because it sucks IMO.

I forgot to mention, if the rogue is forced to work on the DK defensively and he blows all his CD's, you have a big chance to chain CC him and kill the druid before barkskin is back up. You literally have to blow everything and re cc/open the druid in the duration of one minute for that strategy to work. You will want to try to force the druid to LoS with mana burns if you have to switch to the DK.
Knowing what cooldowns look like and what they make him immune to will really help you as well.
You can possibly do this either way. I lean toward killing the druid because the DK can sit in frost presence and tank your rogue while wearing him and you down and getting gargoyle up.

P/R strats against Warr/Druid, Ret/Druid and DK/Druid:

Don't expect to beat them often though, as the guide says.

I usually have to kill the druid, but I'm feral, so I can take more of a beating. I didn't say focus the druid, I said get him on CC in the first minute if at all possible. This doesn't mean you can always gib the druid, but if you hit him hard enough, you can get him to PoP BS, try to restealth, then try to sap/re open for a trinket and possible kill with double blind, vanish sap/fear open on the druid while the priest is chasing him dispel spamming. and hopefully has no HoT's up for the final opener and you can hopefully gib him. Otherwise, yes, you have to swap to controlling the DK and trying to keep him busy with restealths and mana burns on the druid.
If you can pop all his HoT's before he gets opened on, there's a better chance of you being able to kill him than the DK.
It's worth a shot, but if the DK gets free, you will have to swap to focusing the DK and reducing his DPS thru control. It's not flawless. You will have to work it and hopefully get some good RNG with bad placement on the druid's part and a good fear that sends the DK to a bad position so he can't peel. Some maps will be better than others for this, and some of it will be dependent on the DK trinketing at the wrong time.
You can try it and see if you can get it to work. Or you can try it the AJ's way. AJ's will be a long fight hoping for a mistake on their part, and this way will be a hit or miss. With some RNG, and bad timing on trinkets on their part, you might be able to pull off a kill on the druid quickly. Having control in stealth and being able to offensively dispell could be a game breaker for the druid, but you will have to be able to CC the DK consistantly, which is always hard, and catch the druid out of LoS of his DK so you have full control on the druid.
It may not work in most situations, but you can always keep an eye out for the opportunity.
