Herb - Alch (Mixology. Herb makes elixir/potion farming easier. Very practical combo)
Mining - JC (personal favourite. Huge stam boost, among other things)
Herb - Inscription (Face it, the new prof is awesome. We're gonna have to wait and see how the addition glyph thing will work out though)

Personally, Ima Herb-Insc. I already got Herb-Engi, but engi didn't prove to be so well and it's not really promising judging by the info we got atm...But that's me and I don't actually plan on being MT.

right now, my feral druid is LW/alch, and i think i'm gonna keep it that way.

Few things to add,
alchemy: mixology makes elixirs last 2 hours and flasks last 4 hours (as well as the increase in effect)

LW: only worth having one or two drums per raid, since drums affect the entire raid and give a debuff called "tinnitus" which doesn't allow any other drums to be heard for 2 minutes.

I'm Herb/Alc and I find it really great that I can farm and make my own potions instead of having to buy them. That plus Mixology will make the profession be very useful to a tank.
