How much to "sell" each chaos orb for?

I'm just curious, since I am supposed to provide the chaos orbs when people have me make epic patterns, how much should I sell each chaos orb for? So if, for example, someone brings me 50 volatile life and 3 pristine hides, and asks me to make this chest, since I have to provide 3 chaos orbs, how much should I charge per orb when I trade the guy the piece back?

Average AH price. These things tend to vary per server. So, I wouldn't count on a flat rate. Check out the AH for a few days on your server (at least 4), and make sure at least 2 of those are on the weekend.

Hmm Chaos Orbs are BoP.

I have seen people charge as low as 50g per. And as much as 500 to 1000g per. It depends on the crafter.

Assassin's Chestplate normally sells for about 8k on my realm. Material costs vary between 2,5k and 3k. That's about 5k for 3 orbs.

Its only going to get lower since the t11 chest is what people will go for first with valor points since you can get others from either toekn drops or baradin hold.
