Blizz needs to put a portal in SW to Northrend already. You can get to Outlands, Pandaria, and all the Cata Zones via portals at SW. A lot of people do mog and achieve runs at ICC and Ulduar, as well as frequent Dalaran.

Exactly. I don't know of any reason why everyone wouldn't have their hearthstone set to the Shrine.
