note: You can run these in normal mode for Tapestry of the Frozen Throne and other ilvl 219 loot but I recommend just doing heroics. At least you'll get emblems.
Regular ICC 5 mans drop emblems of triumph as well. Also might be worthwhile to include some emblem of frost gear as you can run daily heroics and weekly raids to get them over time. Nice Job though.

Yup you get emblems from regular FoS/PoS/HoR. I found the queues for FoS and PoS to be pretty quick as a tank, but for some reason HoR was faster as a healer. Warrior's don't have that option so it's a moot point, but you can always run these places as a tank to get in quicker and hope for non plate dps'ers. That or play as dps but group up with a tank or healer to get in faster.

Question:

I'm helping a Warrior in our guild gear up. I used to play a tank (still have him, sometimes tank an instance or two) warrior. I'm not familiar at all though with DPS warriors. What gems, aside from Bold Cardinal Ruby, should I tell her to socket? And what meta? Relentless Earthseige or Chaotic Skyflare?

relentless for pve dps, chaotic is for pvp and casters.

the reason for the relentless is that you can slap a nightmare tear somewhere to activate the meta, freeing you up to gem str or arp in the rest of the gear.
