Does Arthas limit the creativity and difficulty of endgame raids?

So i've been thinking. Dangerous prospect. Anyway, ive been thinking about how cool Karazan and Gruul were in their time, how "difficult" they were for most of us, and when T6 rolled around we wouldnt even use vent for them.
I thought about how T7 and T4 raids are similar (being the first of their expansion) and with T5 and T8 having the same situation. Blizzard really Wowed us with the last few bosses and numerous hardmodes yet to be completed by anyone in heroic. They went where no one really expected them to. Usually raids get knocked out in the first day or two by some guild somewhere that never sleeps. But it seems Ulduar has yet to be conquered (no pun intended) by any guild. Algalon still stands as one of the hardest bosses we've ever seen, with an equally challenging quest to unlock him. Yogg-saron follows suite of the old god C'Thun and proves to be difficult as well, with even more insane hardmodes. So why are Yogg-saron and Algalon the raid destroyer so difficult and complex? I believe it is because we didnt know anything about them before hand.
When Wotlk came out, no one really knew what T8 content was going to be about (unless im under a rock). Blizzard, having very little constraints to prior lore and abilities, was able to construct a pretty cool story out of T8. They were free to use their imaginations to create an awesome boss like Yogg and a hardcore boss like Algalon, which many of us probably will never see until 3.2 or even 4.0.0. But we Knew/know that Arthas is eventually going to be the last encounter (or close to it, unless another sunwell deal arrives)
But do you really think The Lich King can live up to that kind of difficulty? we already know so much about him, and he doesnt seem to be more powerful than an old god, and i think lore holds true to this as well. So can blizzard really make an endgame boss with so many ties to a past everyone knows about as difficult and creative as Yogg and Algalon? There is some degree of mysteriousness that we dont know about him, but for the most part, he doesnt seem to be able to do much. We've seen him several times in Northrend and lived to tell, and we have a tournament on his doorstep, which he doesnt seem too worried about. I mean, hell, Yogg saron was imprisoned for millennia by the creators of azeroth, a being so powerful deserves a spot in raid history as one of the coolest and most challenging bosses. And Algalon is set to destroy the planet! And you've got one hour every week for him! How can blizzard possibly live up to the expectations of Yogg and Algalon with Arthas, a man we've seen fail, time and time again?
discuss.

I suppose that when we face Arthas we will face the true might of the undead armies as well, he IS weakened but his thousands of warriors aren't.
but do you really want another flame leviathan? sure its fun, and easy loot, but its TOO easy and can get boring after awhile.
I cant see him having multiple adds making this a fun or creative fight. Yogg had the whole insanity concept, and never having done him, i think its a badass concept. Arthas just seems...kinda....meh. Not much of a threat as Yogg?

Two points that are false... Arthas weak? I don't think so, he can
one

you. The only way you'll defeat him is with the help of someone else, I'm guessing Highlord Tirion Fordring will be saving our ass, similar to the fight with Kiljaeden and his
Darkness of a Thousand Souls
and the dragon orbs allowing you protect through
Shield of the Blue
.
Second, The Lich King is the head of the Scourge, a powerful warlock, a fierce fighter, master of the undead etc. etc., he's a broad enough character that they could design the fight any way they could come up with.

obviously more powerful than the player, but as powerful as an old god, hell, even a titan. dont think so.

People may think he is weakened following the events of the Wraithgate, when he did appear to be injured.

Yes, he is more powerful than the Old Gods as we face them. Yogg-sarion wouldn't try messing with your head if he could just annihilate you. All the truly hard bosses lore wise are like that, they can just utterly destroy you if they feel like it. So far, Kil'jaeden, Archimonde, the Lich King, and Algalon are the only enemies that can do that. The eredar required outside help and Algalon just toys around with you until he decides to let you live. The Lich King has "already let us live" plenty of times, if we hope to defeat him, we're going to need help.

the question still stands.
Does Arthas' past ultimately limit the creativity of The Lich King as a final boss (or at least close to the final)
