People in general defending blood, if I was such a bad player, why is it that on all of my characters, I can basically take almost class/spec fairly 1v1, but when it comes to blood dks in good gear, I can hardly dent their hp and I get killed by them so fast?

Why does this still need to be repeated? If you're trying to hit a tank as melee then your genuinely at the same levels of intelligence and common sense as an NPC.
Blood is not imbalanced, it's god awful in competitive play for anything other than carrying flags.
Is it starting to sink in yet?
I'd like to say (for added measure) that if there WERE a class or spec that could beat EVERYONE on 1vs1 then THAT spec would be OP and SHOULD be nerfed.
Nasty as frost mages are on 1 vs 1, there are other classes and specs who CAN beat them into submission.
Wow in that regard is like Rock-Paper-Scissor, since on that game, every element is weak against one, and strong against one.
On that regard, on wow, all specs are strong against some specs, and utterly defenseless against other specs.

But the enrage dispel mechanic is broken as hell aswell. Look what it does to fury warriors - thats just not good design.
And @irishadnawsome: Blood dk's are the ultimate baddiekillers, and 99% of wow are baddies.

On the bright side, my dk got Gurthalak recently. So I'm going to have some fun while it lasts.
The problem wasn't Vengeance. It was Blood DK's having extremely strong DPS boosts in their talents/glyphs to their tank spec.
Here's some screens of a very short Isle of Conquest where I intentionally single targeted people. This was with roughly 6-10k vengeance stacked, and judging by experimentation with a 4311 resil hunter earlier where my biggest hit after ten minutes of hitting was a 44k crit... well, here:

Without Vengeance, that's dropping in half.
So thanks to the nerf to Blood DK's, prot pallies are virtually only surivalists in BG's, and without scaling AP for WoG, even that has been damaged a fair bit.
Oh, and let's not forget that the core of the problem won't be fixed: DK's are still going to whack people for 50k crits because of their talents/glyphs. They just won't be doing it for 80k now.

That was the first thought that came to my mind. It says players can't stack vengeance but what if they get attack by the pets?
Something I noticed lately is that pets are being flagged differently. They keep the normal blue, unflagged name while their owner goes to green/red. This may have something

As an added fact, if blood Dks still DO continue to wipe the floor with you, then at least now you'll know the problem lies in YOU and not the class.
Me, it doesn't really makes much difference to me that change, as the only time I go blood on pvp is to be flag carrier on WSG and Twin Peaks, and when u're the flag carrier the last thing you wanna do is go around whacking people in the head with DS.

As an added fact, if blood Dks still DO continue to wipe the floor with you, then at least now you'll know the problem lies in YOU and not the class.
I never had serious problems with blood before vengeance, so this nerf will make me no longer have issue with them again. Anyway, this pretty much means that tanks will become rare again in pvp. Only problem with that, though, is AV and IOC, when a tank will be needed to tank the bosses, but any death knight can just pop army of the dead, plate wearers can share aggro, and any feral druid can go bear form.
actually, make that AV, IoC, WSG, and TP.
never let a squishy class be the flag carrier or things WILL go badly.
Edit: and again, if you had so many problems with vengeance, that's your fail, not blizz's, do remember that you have a lovely skill named Soothe, that completely dispells all vengeance stacks.
And if we're talking about your ele shammy, they can't even be scratched by a blood Dk (What with the perma-snare, hex, thunderstorm, ghost-wolf, spiritwalker grace, lighting bolt being perma-castable on the move. ect ect)

No, the problem lies in Blood's massive boost to damage to compensate for them not wearing a shield. 120% extra damage to DS, plus 30% crit? I'm fine with the healing being 45% of the damage done. If it weren't for the other part of the talent.

Blood will be just as strong as it was in 4.2, which I am absolutely fine with. It gives people a lot of time to breathe to employ strategies to kill the DK rather than just get run up to smacked in the face with a train and then told they should have kited it better.

Dummies have zero armor, zero resill, zero avoidance, and zero resistences whatsoever.

Sorry, I should clarify. 45% extra healing through talents on 7% minimum healing.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out even with 90k hits on a dummy, that'll be reduced some against a player due to the resilience and, with luck, avoided completely.
