Strangely, there is no recipe in the game that cooks these from Raw Spinefin Halibut. Yet the raw fish drop all over the place in Northrend. Not much good except for a hunter's fish-eathing pets.

I'm hoping Blizzard will one day implement a troll vendor in Orgrimmar with the name Tot'al. He'd sell these and these and be a <Fish and Biscuit vendor>.
