This was available to me from Nioma at 15:55 GMT (16:55 server time) on 29-June-2008. My server is Moonglade EU.

As a 52 Night Elf Hunter, I waited by her for roughly 30 minutes, checking every few minutes. The pattern appeared on page 2, in the 7th slot and was available for 40 silver coins.

I hope this information is useful to somebody.

I don't think this recipe is sold by the listed vendors anymore.

Update: 2 hours after I posted this the recipe showed up on Nioma

Got the pattern for this and Living Shoulders in what amounts to the time it took to read these comments. Thanks for the advice

NOTE: I'm still looking for the Stormshroud Shoulders, though.

Jangdor had no patterns available to sell me two days in a row, so I decided to do his two quests. As soon as I turned in the second, two limited supply patterns became available (not this one, unfortunately). You might have to do his quests before you can access this pattern.

ok as of the 09/09/13 i can confirm this pattern is still sold by this vendor. at 7.12pm RT GMT i received the item after waiting for about a hour to a hour and half, im not sure how long last 1 respawned in.

anyhows good luck any future leatherworkers and just throw a film on and wait patiently :)

I picked up a bunch of these during Winter Veil. There are 5 limited quantity patterns in a short area.

Fly into Aerie Peak.

Down in Wildhammer Keep, there's Plans: Mithril Scale Bracers sold by Harggan and Pattern: Nightscape Shoulders sold by Nioma. My impression is that Pattern: Nightscape Shoulders is slower to respawn, of the two.

Over past the lodge (the name of which I can't recall) there's a little gnome shack up in the hillside. That's where you get Pattern: Ironfeather Shoulders from the gnome outside, and Schematic: Mithril Mechanical Dragonling from the gnome in the shack. The LW pattern is vastly slower respawn than the schematic.

Then, over on one wall of the Ruins of Alterac, there's Bro'kin who sells Recipe: Frost Oil on what seems to be a very random respawn.

Go pick up Greenchly items (and maybe xp, if it's actually being fought when you get there).

If you can't get a portal back to IF, do the rounds of the patterns again, and fly home from Aerie Peak.

My AH activity is set for at least a few months. :D

As of patch 6.2 this pattern is still available on the vendor. Some of the comments say things like 1-7 hour respawn rate, I was able to obtain this pattern by realm hopping through LFG custom tab.

Can confirm the patterns are still sold in 2021. Got one today after about 2.5 hours of camping
