For BM hunters, be a bit patient and use it every 70 seconds so it makes Bestial Wrath overpowered.

Unfortunately all of the Heroic Avengers upgrades never got implemented making many BiS lists change. Sad as some of the REP gear was pretty amazing when upgraded to its 391 counterpart.
