Because the vendor who sells these phases out after you complete the twilights hammer "training" quest chain in Hyjal, these are rather rare and a very good moneymaker selling to people going for the "Cataclysmically Delicious" achievement.

This item is sold by Zungam a repair NPC inside Zul'Aman at 63, 37. When facing Halazzi (Lynx boss) before going up the stairs, there is a path going to the right, you will be facing a large hut, kill the trash in front of it and go inside. Zungam is on a platform on the opposite side upstairs, second floor.

You can click his "Ball and Chain". He will walk down the stairs and stand on the carpet in front of the fire downstairs but NO LONGER sells food instead sells weapons.

I must tip my hat to Blizzard today. They are Listening and took action to resolve the phasing problems. I have completed all of the Mount Hyjal quest chains and yesterday, I flew there and was able to purchase the items from Grunka and Edric Downing required for “Cataclysmically Delicious” and “Drown Your Sorrows”. Blizzard is listening and will take care of problems when we address them properly by submitting support requests. Thank You Blizzard! Thank you for creating a great game and gaming environment. This item, needed for Cataclysmically Delicious, is sold by Grunka, an NPC who disappears with phase changes due to questing in Mount Hyjal. However, if you did your 80-82 leveling in Vashj'ir instead of Mount Hyjal you will still be able to interact with her! (after some questing.) You can start the very long quest chain in Nordrassil with Ysera. Just follow it as it takes you around the map, from the Circle of Cinders, to the Shrine of Goldrinn, to the Grove of Aessina, to the Shrine of Aviana. I finished the quests in the chain including the first firegate and then began doing quests from the large turtle, Tortolla. You can skip the second firegate quests. The quest line that will lead you to Grunka begins with the quest The Strength of Tortolla. This chain will bring you to a quest called Signed in Blood. Once you have this quest you can access Grunka. You do not need the cultist disguise. Grunka also sells Vile Purple Fungus and Murky Water. These items are needed for Cataclysmically Delicious and Drown Your Sorrows, so pick them up while you're there.

Oily Giblets and Unidentifiable Meat Dish, also needed for Cataclysmically Delicious, are only sold by Edric Downing, another NPC in this camp.

Note: This item is also sold by Zungam in Zul'Aman.

Too bad food became irrelevant very fast long ago, people just skip a lot of this tongue-in-cheek stuff.
And now it's much more dull or straightforward "jokes" for 3-year olds.
