263 ilv (2/6 hero) and this trinket does infact proc the labeled 289 agility for 10 seconds on my Outlaw Rogue. Works on auto attacks and presumably abilities too.

Why am I reporting this? Because some trinkets don't function and the sims are acting like all trinkets work as intended.

This trinket does not seem to have a strict internal cooldown, as it can proc multiple times per minute, but it *is* still random. In my brief testing, this consistently procced at least three times a minute, with procs occasionally overlapping itself

tl;dr, the trinket works, and it's pretty good, especially as a delve trinket (which isn't saying much because there are a lot of bad/non-functional trinkets)

Try as I might, this lil' paw has been with me since the start of Midnight as an MM Hunter, and it doesn't seem intent on leaving.

As one of our main stats is Crit and Aimed Shot crits all the time, this is up almost all the time, and let's consider that. on 6/6 Hero it's 326 Agil. To compare, Light's Potential gives 593. This is basically half a Light's Potential just chuggin' alongside you through thick and thin.

It has no CD, it has no restrictions barring crits, and while Haste isn't ideal even MM needs at least a little bit of Haste. This and the Tier Chest will give you all the Haste you'll ever need. Horrifically slept on trinket that you can easily get in Delves!

Having a very hard time finding much data on this trinket anywhere. Would appreciate if anyone has any logs using this trinket to check out the uptime and the functionality. From the other comments it seems like it could be a massively undervalued item that has been overlooked by the player base.

Update 18 May 2026:

Thanks to Tahuma for uploading some logs of this trinket's uptime in heroic raid encounters. From this data set it would appear that this trinket is a fairly average stat stick. With the uptime roughly in the 25-35% range, it works out to around the same "average" primary stat over an entire fight as a regular trinket that has primary stat baseline. Overall it's probably a fairly good trinket, but I don't think it can match the performance of favourites such as Gaze of the Alnseer, Algeth'ar Puzzle Box or Vaelgor's Final Stare. It probably will work out to essentially be something of a lesser version of Heart of Wind, which only functions for Agility and Strength classes rather than any class.

This does appear to at least carry forward a little bit of the tradition established in The War Within, where there are some Delve trinkets that can occasionally be fairly powerful especially for newer characters while seeking their true BiS trinket options. However, at the end of the day, you are likely better served by trying to acquire some of the trinkets linked above, or perhaps other good options for your spec. But this trinket will likely perform quite well for you until you are able to upgrade to those more powerful options.

Of course, this is a very limited dataset upon which to draw conclusions, so take all of this with a grain of salt. The only real way to know for sure is always to sim your character with different trinkets equipped.
