Not sure why a pure tank trinket, is in the pool for all specs. A crafted Alchemist Stone is entirely better than this.

Got this as a Preservation Evoker from Delves. The smaller proc (4968 Leech when taking damage) gives around 5% Leech, and the larger proc (14908 Leech when dropping below 40% HP) gives around 15% Leech.

Might not be great for Mythic+, but could be pretty solid for raiding. The extra Leech helps us get more value out of our Mastery: Life-Binder, since we heal more when we have more HP than our targets. Helps keep us healthy and maintain that bonus more consistently.

Maybe not a go-to trinket, but worth testing in certain raid comps.

Edit: Tested it in a +7 Floodgate — uptime on the small proc was only 8.1%, and the big one never triggered since I didn’t drop below 40% HP.

Yes, it's a big waste for dps. Then again, think of all the belts, cloaks and rings we keep getting from caches.

The way I see it, this trinket might have a small niche use for solo content; which slightly justifies it's existence when it's a delve reward.
Trinket could be useful on some classes that are susceptible to rot damage or lack sustain.
Might be useful keeping around for those very specific cases where you might otherwise die.

That said, i tried it a few times and the 5% leech proc and 15% leech proc aren't great.
Would like to see either the small proc buffed to 10% and/or the duration increased to 15-20 sec; for the large buff maybe also a slightly longer duration and/or reduce the ICD to 60 sec.

Other than that there should be no use for it in other situations, even on specs that benefit greatly from leech like healers, you are far better of with a throughput trinket.
Trinket is what it is: a self sustain option that might in certain cases see some use.

People in this discussion probably aren't using their brain very much and are getting upset that trinkets from a Delve aren't suitable for raids or M+... well, if someone is doing M+ or raids, then logically will get things for M+ and raids there. Why should they also drop in Delves, where people who don't necessarily participate in M+ go, and where a trinket for solo players might come in handy?
Complaining here is just as dumb as going to a Japanese restaurant and nagging the staff that they offer sushi instead of steak with fries and ketchup..
