This (or 1 of the 3 equivalent items for the other Cartels) will only be visible on the quartermaster of the Goblin Cartel you made your weekly contract with (inside The Incontinental Hotel in the center of Undermine) when your Warband completed C.H.E.T.T.ing it Twice before. You can exchange one of these for a Completed C.H.E.T.T. List, which requires the completion of 4 activities on a C.H.E.T.T. List obtained from C.H.E.T.T. in the Hotel (requires Renown 13 with The Cartels of Undermine).

This allows players to choose between 250x Valorstones for turning in a Completed C.H.E.T.T. List at C.H.E.T.T. in the Hotel or bringing a completed list to the quartermaster of their aligned Cartel to gain 500 reputation with them from the Finder's Fee./way #2346 53.30 72.72 Shredz the Scrapper (Venture Co)PTR Notes:
Additional Finder's Fee purchases rewarded 500 reputation in the same week. After several weeks without changes, I'd assume this is intended (and probably the best way to make bigger jumps in this otherwise horrible reputation grind).
I didn't like the lack of progress tracking for the activities, I constantly had to use the C.H.E.T.T. List to check if I was done with something.
We had activities that felt overwhelming compared to others (e.g. "Fish from Steamwheedle Runoff 50 times") and at least one that made no sense ("Collect 5 battle pets in Undermine", players can only collect 3 pets of a kind, soon they would have to dismiss pets to capture 5 more).

For those achievement hunters, C.H.E.T.T.mate DOES NOT count when you trade your C.H.E.T.T. card for reputation.
