@edit - well it seems it was added in recently, and while I couldn't find the schematic under table (might've looted it earlier and it yielded nothing) I managed to buy it from nearby NPC Radd Coppergear. So happy now that I have actual handy teleport to Undermine.

To the people who can't find this:

You are most likely in the wrong building, this isnt in the building with Skedgit Cinderbangs, this is in the room below the building, under a desk is a red gowing piece of paper.

i just bought it from Radd Coppergear in undermine /way 42.54 81.65 in the room located below.
didn't have to loot any thing and couldn't find the glowing red thing under the table ppl talking about, just straight bought from that guy

If you can't find it anywhere, chances are that, just like me, you already looted and used it and just didn't pay attention/forgot it.

Try using your Wormhole Generator: Khaz Algar and see if the option "Undermine" is there. This item doesn't give you a new recipe or item, it really just upgrades your already known Wormhole Generator: Khaz Algar with a new option.

I couldnt learn it from any NPC mentioned here, but I found it in the same building where Radd Coppergear is.

Coords are 42.34, 82.27

Its under a table (the only table in the room) with a lamp on it.

If you are not an engineer you can still "Use" this schematic, but you will not be able to use the Wormhole Generator: Khaz Algar.

This will not allow your lower-leveled character(s) get into Undermine, even if you've used this and your alt has Khaz Algar Engineering ... But the 'random' option on the Wormhole Generator: Khaz Algar can; I was taken to Undermountain on my second use of it.

If like me, you were going insane, and check all possible NPCs to find this schematic, because while using your wormhole generator you don't see "undermine" listed, then check this:

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(86630))

For me it returns true. I unlocked Undermine, did almost everything there and I don't see the option for undermine. Another midnight bug?
