This trinket is very nice! It's not listed anywhere in the tooltip, but the buff you get while wearing it "Inner Radiance" increases your crit and grants your attacks a chance to inflict additional Holy damage. All that on top of the armor increase and magic absorb makes this trinket very powerful in my opinion. I'd get it if i were you!

As a tank, this trinket works like this:

You start with a buff granting armor and shield proc (infinite duration until the buff changes, see below)
When you have the shield, it also have no duration until it absorbs the corresponding amount of magic damage or the buff changes (see below). It also have a light shield visual on your character
Every time you are hit by an enemy (with a small internal cooldown), you gain a stacking effect (distinct from the armor buff) counting the number of versets, up to 50.
If you use the trinket, it doubles the effect (armor and shield) for 15 sec, and resets the verset count to 0.
When it reaches 50 stacks, the buff changes from armor and absorb proc to crit rating and chance to do additional holy damage.
Again, every time you are hit by an enemy, you gain a stacking effect counting the number of versets, up to 50.
When it reaches 50 stacks, the effect reverse back to the armor and shield proc once again.

As a druid who has no shield, does no holy damage, and for whom crit is not a consideration, is this any good or worthless trash?

This trinket is a tricky one.
It has 2 verse.
One gives permanent armor and chance to gain Magic absorb shield.
One gives permanent Crit and chance to inflict holy damage.
The verses change when the stack hit 50 or use the trinket.
Stack increase when u got hit by enemy.
When u use the trinket, it'll give double bonus of the next verse. Say "If you're currently having armor buff and you use the trinket, you'll get double crit buff and the verse reset".

The On Use seems to switch you over to the other effect with increased effectiveness.

So if you had the armor+shield ("Inner Resilience"), you will be kicked over to the bonus crit and holy damage (and gain a buff doubling these effects for 20 sec).
If you had the crit+holy dmg ("Inner Radiance"), you will be kicked over to the armor and shield (and gain a buff doubling these effects for 20 sec).

The absorb shield from Inner Resilience seems to be tracked in its own buff ("Ward of Devotion") and can refresh itself even once the Inner Resilience buff (armor+shield) is swapped to Inner Radiance (crit+holy dmg), until it has been broken for good. It also seems to be gained and its effect doubled whenever you activate "Radiance" (the On Use 20 sec buff) when swapping to Inner Radiance (crit+holy dmg), whereas when swapping to Inner Resilience, it needs to be procced first via your attacks as the tooltip describes.

Dude this thing simply does not exist. I have run at least 50 Priorys and I have never even seen this thing drop.
I've seen tons of Signets, but not this.
(Yes I'm in tank loot spec)

If you are going for more uptime on the crit buff, I made a WA to track when Resilience is active and prompt you to swap to Radiance.

No one has bothered to mention actual damage values/% yet so:

In +10's on a prot pally, the proc is ~5% of my damage. For instance, 114 million total damage in a +10 Rookery 164 procs total.

I made a simple weak aura to track stacks of "The 50 Verses of Radiance" so you'll know when to be ready to use the trinket again and maintain Radiance uptime.

I have not seen any specifics and the tooltip above only shows Inner Resilience. So here's my stats with no hits on an iLvL 710 Tome of Light's Devotion:

Inner Radiance (iLvL 710 baseline): Increases your Critical Strike by 3,223 and grants your attacks a chance to inflict an additional 670,728 Radiant damage.

Inner Resilience (iLvL 710 baseline): Increases your armor by 4,545 and grants your attacks a chance to invoke a ward which absorbs 1.5 million Magic damage.

Ok hear me out. Great trinket, but as someone with severe tinnitus, the constant ringing sound coming from this thing is infuriatingly noticeable.
