Using this toy places an armoire that anyone can click once a minute. The armoire lasts 5 minutes, so you can use it several times.

It gives you a random appearance for 10-30 minutes that can include any of the old Legendary cloaks (INCLUDING THE MOP CLOAK EFFECT PROCS!) Wrathion gave us, and a couple others I've personally never seen, such as Powerful Purple Cloak.

I'm just so glad they finally gave us a way to have the old MoP cloak wings. It lasts 30 minutes and the CD is 15 minutes, so you can always have one of the buffs active on you.

Is it not enough that three quarters of my bags are full of crafting mats of 3 different qualities,foods,potions,sharpening stones and other random stuff you need to buy items from vendors ?

You would think they learned their lesson from last xpac with the anima items....

Small Guide how to farm Reputation for Wrathion and Sabellian.

How to do 2x4 party in spoiler:

First go on spot wher you want to do 2x4 farm. Spots:
24.6 58.1 In Basement
28.3 58.8
25 56 in Basement
Then Create party in LRG call "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr1"

When You get to 5 please give someone who know that He need to keep max 4 please in party.

Then open new party call it "2x4 Key Basement WMoff gr2"

No just keep 4 people in 2 party

Mobs will start spawn much faster and farm will go faster to.

Step 1:

Do Quest Allegiance to One pick side Wrathion or Sabellian ( but leter you can farm reputation for bouth sides ) then You will get Weekly Quest Keys of Loyalty.
Go quick LFG for Quest and collect from mobs 30 Key Fragments and 3 Key Framing to make Restored Obsidian Key. Now You can finish your weekly quest ( You will get 1000 rep for Wrathion or Sabellian and 100 Valdrakken Accord.

Step 2:

Start farming Restored Obsidian Key by finding/making party. Do events for delivered Keys. You can give Keys to 4 NPC but only 2 of them will give you reputation. All NPV next to them have other NPC showing over head how many Keys left to start event.

4 NPC Descryption, events and shop:

1. Wrathion - Need 20 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Clearing the Vault now you can kill Rare Shas'ith is in cave enter 27.2 60.9 just follow Miraveth. For making better reputation You can buy items from Atticus Belle 26.5 62.5

2. Sabellian 27.6 56.5 - Need 20 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Death's Shadow now you can kill Rare Death's Shadow is spawn around 30 54 but He is flying around You need to pull him. For making better reputation You can buy items from Xaldrass 27.7 56.2

3. Igys the Believer 32.3 52.5 - Need 10 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Breaking the World now you can kill Rare Morchok 32.7 52.5 after giving keys wait around 4 min rare is warms up. You not making rep. with this NPC.

4. Forgemaster Bazentus 24.8 61.1 - Need 10 Restored Obsidian Key to start Event Weapon Rack Widget Behind NPC around Forge will spawn wapons on ground poick up to get buff ( Only if you have lvl 70 ).

Shops of Wrathion and Sabellian are almost same the difference is this: Wrathion: Armoire of Endless Cloaks and Obsidian Proto-Whelp BUT Sabellian have Obsidian Egg Clutch and Ensemble: Sabellian's Battlegear Cloth Armor.

Bouth of them are selling: Obsidian Collar and Obsidian Cape. As well When You will get max rep. on bouth of them You will be able to buy Sturdy Obsidian Glasses and Netherforged Lavaproof Boots. This items You need to get Mount Loyal Magmammoth. On bot of this comment will be spoiler with information how to get this Mount.

Reputation:

When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Wrathion or Sabellian You will get 250 rep + 50 rep for Valdrakken Accord
When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Forgemaster Bazentus You will get 100 rep for Wrathion and Sabellian 50 rep for Valdrakken Accord
When You Giving Restored Obsidian Key to Igys the Believer You will not get reputation at all;/.

If you standing next to Wrathion or Sabellian and some one will hit 20 Restored Obsidian Key You will get 250 of them rep. just that you are close :D.
If you standing next to Forgemaster Bazentus and some one will hit 10 Restored Obsidian Key You will get 100 rep for Wrathion and Sabellian just that you are close :D.

Killing Shas'ith will give 250 for Wrathion can be multiple times in a day.
Killing Death's Shadow will give 250 for Sabellian can be multiple times in a day.
Killing Morchok will give you 50 rep for Dragonscale Expedition ( what and why ? don't know )

Every time you give Restored Obsidian Key to any NPC You Will get Obsidian Cache but ( i think ) every 10th Obsidian Strongbox open only if you have lvl 70 but you can collect them how many you want if you lower lvl.

Do Quests as well they will give you reputation to.

All rare in this location are part of Adventurer of The Waking Shores.

Step 1. ========================

Reach max reputation with Sabellian and Wrathion True Friend. When You get it You will reach Achievements The Obsidian Bloodline and Loyalty to the Prince.

Step 2. ========================

When You reach max reputation You will be able to Buy 3 item. First Buy 2 Items:

- Sturdy Obsidian Glasses - Buy from Lorena Belle or Atticus Belle. /way #2022 26.54 62.46 Atticus Belle
- Netherforged Lavaproof Boots - Buy from Samia Inkling or Xaldrass. /way #2022 27.71 56.32 Xaldrass

When Get this 2 items Go to buy Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers is on TOP in Obsidian Citadel /way #2022 26.39 55.42 Yries Lightfingers

Step 3. =======================

Now go to mount Tame Magmammoth /way 33.37 72.06, But at first kill mob next to it Qalashi Necksnapper. If You still have problem with mount Tame Magmammoth You need to dismount and do /reload. When You mount Tame Magmammoth use Magmammoth Harness.
Loyal Magmammoth will be added automatically as well You will reach Achievement Grand Theft Mammoth.

2. Petty Theft Mammoth is a simple Achievement, You need to mount 4 Tame Magmammoth and move on them to Mammoth-Tamer Tavok. You can have same problem with jumping on Tame Magmammoth but is same solution, You need to dismount then /reload then You will see arrow to jump on Tame Magmammoth.

Care when You mount Tame Magmammoth he have his HP when mobs will attack You Mount will lose HP. Care as well on lava mount will not loss HP but You will lose a lot don't die XD.

If you're on your mount, the unfurled wing animation will make you stand up on your dragon even mid-flight. High risk, high reward.

I don't remember how I got this toy, but I have it. I have only been playing for the past week and have not been farming rep with the Black dragons really, and definitely don't remember buying it from a vendor

As much as I love this toy, my only complaint is I don't get to pick what cloak I get, and In the 5 minutes the toy is active you can only use it 5 times. And I say this as someone who still uses the transmog I picked out to go with the cape back in 5.3. I really want to see my Xuen claw projection again but to this day I have not gotten it. The Ones I HAVE seen though are:
- Yu'Lon cloak + projection
- Chi'ji cloak + projection
- Powerful Purple Cloak + Purple Shoulders + purple glow
- Fire cloak (woundlicker cover) + fire shoulders
- "Uneasy" cape (i think it has some sort of eye animation?)
- Ashjra'kamas, rank 15 version + dragon wings

Another Idea could be to, after you get an animation you want, you can interact with the toy a 2nd time after it's off cooldown to extend your cloak buff.
