You'll want higher quality ones from Jewelcrafters later on, but this should last new alchemists for a bit:

Valdrakken: Why isn't this sold by Gohfyrr (35, 68), the Inscription supplier right next to the Inscription Trainer? I have to fly all the way to the opposite end of the city (60, 17) to get vials. Not practical at all.
