I completed one of these yesterday, I got the rare item associated, but not the currency token, might be bugged at the moment, I submitted a ticket, will reply when I have more information.

Sorry I did not keep an exact count but after completing 5-7 missions that awarded this currency my follower table has additional rewards. I can now accept missions for pet charms, reputation, upgraded trade skill caches, and soul ash. Also my 1000 xp missions have upgraded to 1200 xp but this could also be do to my followers level.

100% first two does literally nothing. Rewards stays the same - 30 anima, 259 gold, 155 ilvl item and 1k exp. Nothing changes. Doing third one now.

The following link is from Paryah's wowhead guide on adventurer campaigns. The page has everything we need to know at present. You will need to scroll down the page to locate "adventure campaign progress" description. However, it may not be a bad idea to scan all of the information on the page. Also, if you just want a quick answer about this subject, the Adventure Campaign Progress (with all the info we have been provided up to this point) improves the the campaigns we get. Some players stated that after we win a few of them, a campaign with Soul Ash as a reward popped.

All, and I mean all, I have been getting is gear. the same 155 boots I have equipped already or the same 155 shoulders.

If you're feeling unlucky with the Command Table missions and are not sure which ones you are going to win, I'd suggest having the Weakauras addon and add this https://wago.io/FTT0P82zx to it. It has been by far very handy for me, it gives you an indicating number with a plus or minus towards if you're going to win the mission or lose it.

I wouldn't recommend losing your patience with these, since they made them so much more vague than the Legion missions with all the percentages and stuff, I know it's harder to get a grasp of doing these correctly, but leveling your Champions past 20 is going to make it easier for you. Take this from somebody who had maximized the command table in legion and made enough gold to pay for the sub. It'll be fine, it's just made to be difficult.

Using the command provided by @elguy, I had 4 of this currency when two Soul Ash missions showed up on my mission table. One had expired by the time I leveled my companions to 23. I won the remaining mission with a little more than 6k health total (under by 2k) and total attack power just over 750. My covenant is Necro Lords.

It looks like missions awarding these come in a series with similar rewards. Once you complete the series, you start to see increased rewards and a new series appears.

The first series gives low-level blue armour as rewards.

Once that's complete, you start getting uncommon caches rather than common, pet charm missions and 1200 XP missions.

The second series gives pets as rewards.

After that, you will find 1500 XP missions and rare caches (which contain a greater variety and quantity of stuff than the uncommon ones).

The third series gives 1000 rep tokens.

After 16 of these missions, you start to get L60 mount missions. No sign of epic caches yet, but the anima rewards are now 2x 35 rather than 12x5.

(NB, if you're lucky enough to be allied with the Night Fae, just use Dreamweaver bottom left and trappers in the other slots. My level 27 Dreamweaver and 27 troops are able to take out the 40-something missions I'm getting at the moment!)

I reached 20 of these last night but have yet to receive any new campaign missions/anything of note after finishing the final mount one.

Will update when/if this changes.

Update: 4 days later, so enough daily resets, and I've seen absolutely no missions of note. Hopefully there could be something after daily resets.

Final update for now: It's been 1 week including the weekly reset, I have not seen anything at all to indicate that there is new content after reaching this stage. 20 of these tokens is what you get after completing the mount missions but no additional content has been added at this stage.

Position the tanks at the front, and your healers so they give maximum healing to your party. At level 34 ish companions (maybe sooner if you are lucky) you should be able to complete the level 60 version of this mission.

Was able to get the mount quests done, even though they are listed as lvl 60, with all my named followers at or above lvl 44. Highest ones were 45/46. Highly recommend the Venture Plan addon bc it's very helpful on if you'll get a victory or defeat. Once you play around with the slots.

Before you read this post, let me make a few points clear.

Firstly, I am no authority on this subject. I am a casual player making observations.
Secondly, I really enjoy this new feature of WoW, to me it is the best of the sub games
compared to the other "mission tables" in previous versions of WarCraft.
Thirdly, my observations are personal and flawed. That being said, you can read on knowing
that I present this information to you based on these terms.

For each Adventure Campaign Progress, a new SERIES of missions become available.
What do I mean by SERIES of missions?

Each mission has a name, and it is part of a series.

Let me explain by an example: Umbral Regiment Umbral Regiment

This is a mission series that rewards Bonus Follower XP.
The first mission in the series might reward 1,000 Follower XP.
Once you successfully complete that mission, the next time it shows up it can be
the second mission in that series and might reward 1,200 Follower XP.
If the mission rewards are the same, you have not successfully completed the first of that series.
Or it just means that your followers aren't ready yet for the second part of the mission.
Or it means that you need to complete the next Adventure Campaign Progress to see it.
Keep doing it until you reach the second mission in that series.
Once you successfully complete that mission, the next time it shows up it can be
the third mission in that series and might reward 1,500 Follower XP.
Each time, the level of the mission increases and so do the rewards.

That mission series will max out at some point and will not offer any more Follower XP ...
Until you complete the next Adventure Campaign Progress level. This is kind of your "gauge"
to know when to advance to the next Adventure Campaign Progress level.

Let me give you another example of a series ... Customary Shakedown Customary Shakedown
The first in that series may offer Crystalline Memory Repository. Crystalline Memory Repository
The second in that series may offer Fractal Thoughtbinder. Fractal Thoughtbinder
The third in that series may offer Mind-Expanding Prism. Mind-Expanding Prism

Until now, your primary focus on missions have been somewhat prioritized.
Your priority may be something like this:

1] Primary focus on missions that reward Bonus Follower XP.

The lower the level, the better because you can pack in all 5 slots with companions and they
all gain the bonus xp. You especially like the ones that only cost 10 anima, and you also like
the missions that take less time to complete. You can use this to your advantage to level up your
lower level companions by piggy backing on your higher level companions to do the brunt of the work.

2] Low level missions that only cost 10 anima and reward anima.

This is a win/win because not only are you getting a return on your anima, you can many times
situate one companion in a slot with your covenant helpers or a healer companion in such a way
that you can actually use that mission to HEAL your one companion (or more) on that mission.

3] Low level missions that allow you to heal a hurt companion.

You want to avoid spending anima to heal a companion, this is a way to do that.

4] Missions that reward Bonus Follower XP items.

Crystalline Memory Repository Fractal Thoughtbinder Mind-Expanding Prism
are all a big help in advancing your cause.

Now that you know this, you should be tempted to spend more anima on some missions given that they will increase in
rewards as you progress the series. Anima is much easier to come by now that you are in Patch 9.1. Don't be afraid to
spend 50 or more anima knowing that you can get 250 x 2 sometimes from completing just one world quest.

Even if you overreach your bounds by completing a new Adventure Campaign Progress, know that you can fall back on
the lower levels of any series of missions. Buyer beware: If you take that too far, it can slow down your progress. Like I said,
you will know when it is time to progress. Don't get in a hurry, enjoy the ride.
