This dropped for me off of an invisible K'thir Thoughtstealer mob in the Uldum invasion around the narrowest point of the river next to "Akhenet Fields" on the map

I found the Acolyte of N'zoth and K'thir Doomsayers in the market to the left of Ramkahen @ 50, 39 had a high drop rate. I got this pattern, the leather feet + leg pattern, and the mail leg pattern in about 10 minutes. Gonna go back for the mail boots later.

Upon learning this recipe, you'll need a void focus to craft it (this is a requirement mentioned in the recipe, once you open your jewelcrafting book and click on the actual recipe). To get the void focus, you'll need to obtain Recipe: Void Focus.

Once you've learned the Void Focus recipe and crafted it, you'll end up turning it in to Wrathion, within the Chamber of Heart. Then from there, you'll begin a series of quests to upgrade the Void Focus. Each upgrade to the Void Focus will allow you to craft the next ilvl ring recipe.

NOTE: You'll need to be standing next to the void focus in order for you to craft any of the rings. The void focus is behind Wrathion, inside the Chamber of Heart

1st level Void Focus (called Void Focus) = Allows the crafting of Unbound Leviathan's Eye Loop
2nd level Void Focus (called Empowered Void Focus) = Allows the crafting of Awakened Leviathan's Eye Loop, and previous ring recipe
3rd level Void Focus (called Dreadful Void Focus) = Allows the crafting of Peerless Leviathan's Eye Loop and the two previous ring recipes

Crafting the 1st level ring will automatically create Design: Awakened Leviathan's Eye Loop, which will be placed inside your inventory. You'll need to learn it, and then craft it, to create the next ring recipe.

Crafting the 2nd level ring will automatically create Design: Peerless Leviathan's Eye Loop, which will be placed inside your inventory. You'll need to learn it in order for you to craft it. You won't get any more ring recipes after this one is crafted.

The rings are BOP and Unique Equipped. For Unique Equipped, this generally means more than one of the same item (i.e. double Peerless), however, this is not the case here. I've tested, and can confirm, that this also expands out to the lower tier rings. i.e. If you're wearing the Peerless Leviathan's Eye Loop ring, you cannot equip the Unbound or Awakened versions.

To craft all three rings, you will need the following materials:
18 Leviathan's Eye
160 Sage Agate
160 Azsharine
130 Expulsom
