46.145 damage in the first 10 seconds
130.045 damage 10-20 seconds
213.945 damage (Thats around my characters health I believe) in the last 10 seconds of the buff.
If you do 40k dps in Meta with 40% leech (talented) you would have 16k leech per second.
You would pass the leech from 40k dps at 19 stacks of this trinket. I imagine thats the only way to get around the huge downside of this trinket besides literally having a healer babysit you to get 8-9% more damage for those last 10 seconds.
Seems like a "trap" trinket like the Incandescent Sliver that will be on top of all the sims and log rankings but will hurt the average raider.
Auto cc-immunity for pvp.
Good work Blizzard...
This trinket will help healers to get 100% logs.
On a ~400ilvl hunter, the total damage was about 60% of total hp over the entire 30 seconds.

that will stop the damage
Since all the comments here either don't cover how much dmg this trinket actually does to the wearer or are very outdated here are the current live numbers:
The Normal 395 version does: 142,755 dmg to the wearer (85k in the last 10 seconds)
The Heroic 410 version does: 164,610 dmg to the wearer (97k in the last 10 seconds)
The Mythic 425 version does: 218,788 dmg to the wearer (142k in the last 10 seconds)
Now I'm looking at this from a tank perspective where the normal version honestly doesn't add a lot of damage since it's over a 30 second duration. I tested this on my Prot Warrior and it only added 4k DTPS during it's 30 second duration and I mitigated/absorbed well over 60% of that damage (Note: I only have the 395 version on my Warrior so that's all I can give legit numbers for).
I'm only really considering the trinket on my Brewmaster Monk since the Mastery is quite big with the Agility stick on it. Taking an extra 165k-ish damage over 30 seconds isn't too bad with Celestial Fortune, Diamond Barrier and the increased dodge it could prove to give me more damage mitigation than it adds (depending on the fight). You could always combine it with things like AMS (don't use this trinket on a BDK please...),Spell Reflect or the new magic damage bubble neck trait coming in 8.2 to reduce the damage it does even further on heavy physical damage fights. If it out-sims my other trinkets for dps I will use it on farm and heroic and seeing how it sims pretty good on all tanks I probably will end up doing just that.
Below is a link to the google doc with the exact breakdown of the damage each version does. If there is anything I missed, you have questions about or I got wrong feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Update: I've since gotten the 410 version on my BrM Monk and used it on our most recent mythic Jaina rekill and really like it. It did more dmg than my 420 Cannonball Runner duo to the heavy movement and defensively it more than paid off. It does 160k dmg to me over it's 30 second duration but gave me on average 4-6 extra dodge on Jaina Ice Shards which resulted in well over 500k less dmg and the 8k isn't going to even get you close to dying even when I was falling below 20% health. The only time I found myself cancelling the effect early was during periods of high Chilling Touch stacks and not actively tanking Jaina to make our healers life a little easier.
Dying from the debuff grants a whisper to you and nearby players
I'm a Ilvl 409 Havoc DH with 226.6k health. Standing still it will do an average of 189k damage per the Friendly Fire part of my damage meter. In Meta and on the three training dummy's my health never drops below 97%.
stat wise I sit at 663 mastery or 26%, that increases my chaos damage by 25.8% and movement speed by 10.3%.
With the trinket active I'm at 1596 mastery or 45% which increase's my chaos damage by 45.3% and movement speed to 18.1%.
Blah , blah , blah all this typing could have been avoided if this trinket didn't HARM the wearer! Who started this policy of making Trinkets /weapons /legs etc. that do harm to the wearer? I don't want this as a reward for my efforts, Clean, no garbage attached, only increasing my Damage per second or Healing, whatever my spec calls for and NO Baggage attached that does HARM to the wearer! For the Players STOP this NONSENSE/ overcomplicated GARBAGE you are putting out Blizzard Developers! people that play don't want it! How many subs do you have to lose before you figure that out ? Thios is A TERRIBAD IDEA ! STOP IT!
I got the 410 version and verified the damage it does on yourself:
It does 354 damage per stack, reduced by versatility. The calculation roughly matches what I got ingame
(first tick 340 damage with 3.81%vers, last tick 10556 which should be 30*354*(1-0.0381)=10215 )
So with this numbers it does (heroic ingame values, mythic calculated from tooltip):
410er: 155890 damage overall, 88725 in the last 10s, 49841 in the last 5s.
425er: 193140 damage overall, 108780 in the last 10s, 59940 in the last 5s.
I don't know where Teick got his numbers from, but they obviously differ from what I see in the game as of today.
Tested on a hunter, though the class should not matter. Maybe something is different for tanks? Can only speculate on his numbers.
