Sold by Horatio Mueller <Farrier> in Hatherford just NW of Boralus in Tiragarde Sound.

Also sells Hypersensitive Azeritometer Sensor , & Chemical Blasting Cap.

I'm unsure of other sources as this item was only added in the last build.

On the horde side, Raka sells this and Chemical Blasting Cap at the Vulpera Hideaway in Voldun.

Why doesn't this say "Sold by vendors" like the rest of the crafting reagents that are do?

Both this and "Chemical Blasting Cap" are sold by Atulanji <Hammer of the King> in the Zandalar capital on the horde side. She's at (43.86, 38.99), near all the other profession trainers.

vendor sells hem for 90 copper for 5 and people throw them up on the AH for like 5g each.
To bad Blizzard didn't add the "sold by vendor" bit to this item
