These are way too big on orcs. Like ridiculously big. You can easily see them floating above the shoulders of the character.

This is hands down one of the best shoulder pieces for prot palas. Too bad it is almost impossible to get it in a decent ilvl.

Considering yesterday's patch (12/13/18) I don't know if this is an intentional change or a bug, but these are no longer able to be sold to a vendor. However, they can still be scrapped. Scrapping this item gave the usual ores and 1 Titan Residuum.
