In Zul'dazar, there is Ka'ro the Chopper <Cook>, at the inn Spirits be with you. Third terrace upwards from the harbor, in the Grand Bazaar. He carries Wild Berries, Foosaka, Wild Flour, Fresh Potato, Choral Honey and Powdered Sugar, all the basics you need to begin your BfA Cooking. The cooking trainer is on the terrace under him and is called Howcha.

Is there any way that the materials get cheaper than 2g 50s? Cause on the Auction House, people are selling this for a lot less then 2g 50s. Most likely they look at the "Vendor" price and forgot for how much they bought it. So just a tip for you fellows out there, check the Auction House before buying this stuff from the Vendrors.

As Horde, you have a wealth of options of who to buy from if you want to save a bit through rep discounts. Jorja and Ka'ro the Chopper with Zandalari Empire are right in Dazar'alor. Outside the city is Jano the tortollan, at Scaletrader Post. Za'mala with Voldunai is in Vol'dun. With Nazjatar unlocked, you have Rolm with The Unshackled. If Horde has Arathi Highlands, there is even Keena with Orgrimmar at Hammerfall!

As Alliance, let's be honest, the faction got completely f#@ked over. You get... one. That's right, one, Jano out in ever-so-convenient Zuldazar. With Nazjatar unlocked, you have a grand total of two (don't you feel privileged?) with Instructor Ulooaka of the Waveblade Ankoan.

With Whispers of N'Zoth content unlocked, you get another neutral rep NPC with Aaron "Sandy Toes" Williamson at the Oasis of Vir'sar with Uldum Accord, which is even more inconvenient to get to than Jano.
