This is a new item thats created with the new fish Darkmoon Daggermaw. This also gives you a neat little outfit that fits with the title "Fancy Darkmoon Feast" which will last for 20 minutes.

You will be able to buy different kinds of vanity items, Recipes and food with these fish. You will be able to buy them from Galissa Sundew

This is one of a series of new versatility foods that has come to the Darkmoon Faire with patch 6.2 (Lemon Herb Filet and Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast being the others). All 3 of these new foods require Darkmoon Daggermaw to cook. As with any feast, using it will allow you place the feast on the ground, at which point yourself and other party members can eat from it. Eating from this feast not only applies a versatility buff like the other foods, but also adds a set of fancy dresswear to the character's appearance (top hat and suit for males, fancy hat and dress for female). Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast is another feast that provides the versatility buff without the cosmetic change.

Fancy Darkmoon Feast grants 1% versatility (+1% damage done/-0.5% damage taken, ~130 versatility at level 100) to you and your party. This makes it slightly better than the best versatility food in game thus far - Jumbo Sea Dog (which grants +125 versatility, for non-Pandaren). Fancy Darkmoon Feast is also easier to make than Jumbo Sea Dog, but the versatility boost only lasts 20 minutes (as opposed to 1 hour).

The Well Fed buff is applied instantly upon eating. In contrast, standard foods in-game require you to eat for 10 seconds before the Well Fed buff is applied. As well, this food restores health and mana more rapidly than standard foods, at 10% per second while eating.

This food requires 10 Darkmoon Daggermaw per piece to make. A cooking skill of 225 is needed to cook it. The recipe is sold by Galissa Sundew (Fishing Prizes) at the Darkmoon Faire. She is located at (52, 88) - beside the left dock ramp, under the reddish awning.

The currency used for this vendor (as well as the mat required to cook the food) is Darkmoon Daggermaw, which can be fished up in the waters surrounding Darkmoon Island. Here are some notes about catching these fish:

These fish can be caught from open water OR pools
When fished from open water, one per cast, unless you fish up a Bloated Thresher (a rare catch), containing gold and 5-10 Darkmoon Daggermaw
Fishing in pools of Shipwreck Debris will yield multiple Darkmoon Daggermaw (typically 2-5), along with 1 Sealed Darkmoon Crate per cast. Pools usually despawn after 1-2 casts.
While the fish are the currency for items sold by Galissa Sundew, they can also be eaten (for mana and health, they do not grant a buff) or cooked into various dishes that grant a versatility buff (the recipes for which are purchased from Galissa!).

Note that 1 of these potions is guaranteed to be inside each Sealed Darkmoon Crate, which can be fished up from pools of Shipwreck Debris around Darkmoon Island, or rarely can be fished up from open water. This is by far the more efficient way of obtaining these potions!

Well fed buff is applied instantly upon eating, and lasts 20 minutes. Feast requires 5 Darkmoon Daggermaw each to make. Cooking skill of 150 needed to cook.
Seafarer's Slidewhistle	25 X Darkmoon Daggermaw	Toy - is added to your collection on use. Using the slidewhistle produces a whistle-blowing animation and a slidewhistle sound. 10 second cooldown.
Blorp's Bubble	50 X Darkmoon Daggermaw	Teaches the companion pet Blorp. Cannot battle. Cannot be caged.
Recipe: Fancy Darkmoon Feast	50 X Darkmoon Daggermaw	Recipe for feast that grants 1% versatility (+1% damage done/-0.5% damage taken, ~130 versatility at level 100) AND changes characters into fancy dresswear for yourself and all party members that eat it. Well fed buff is applied instantly upon eating, and lasts 20 minutes. Feast requires 10 Darkmoon Daggermaw each to make. Cooking skill of 225 needed to cook.
Translucent Shell	100 X Darkmoon Daggermaw	Teaches the battle pet Ghostshell Crab. CAN be caged, and traded, sold or listed on the Auction House.
Faded Treasure Map	100 X Darkmoon Daggermaw	Starts the quest Silas' Secret Stash, which rewards 100 Darkmoon Prize Ticket and 3 random Darkmoon elixirs at its conclusion. Disappears from the vendor after purchased (only 1 can be purchased).

Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast vs Fancy Darkmoon Feast: These are amazingly good for mythic plus dungeons! Read on below for a comparison.

Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast:

Gives a buff of 1% versatility (475 versatility at 110)
Buff lasts 20 minutes
Only 1 sec of eating to get food buff, which makes it excellent for mythic plus dungeons
Unlike the Lemon Herb Filet, this CAN be used during mythic plus dungeons.
Costs 5 Darkmoon Daggermaw to make, which is half the cost of Fancy Darkmoon Feast
The graphic is 2 small fish on the ground and is not very noticeable. Not a problem if you're on voice chat with your mythic plus team, but otherwise, your team might miss it if they don't look at chat.

Fancy Darkmoon Feast

Gives a buff of 1% versatility (475 versatility at 110)
Buff lasts 20 minutes
Only 1 sec of eating to get food buff, which makes it excellent for mythic plus dungeons
Unlike the Lemon Herb Filet, this CAN be used during mythic plus dungeons.

The graphic is a gigantic platter of food on the ground. It's enormous, and people will definitely notice it as long as it's in front of them.
Gives people a random dressed-up look! One time we were all in tuxedoes, and the next we were all in dresses (including the male warrior tank. Slay those mobs in style!

*Note (added 3/1/2019): Despite the nerfed versatility, this still has great utility in mythic pluses. This feast replenishes health and mana at twice the speed of normal food or water, so throwing this down after painful pulls (usually but not limited to bursting or grievous weeks) will allow everyone to sit and heal up quickly while the healer manas up equally fast.

Lemon Herb Filet, Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast and Fancy Darkmoon Feast have (quiety?) been nerfed to give only 11 versatility at level 110 and 45 versatility at level 120, which equates to 0.53% versatility. So it seems the buff has been cut in half.

No longer works in 10.0.5. The feast can be crafted and placed on the ground, but it can't be clicked nor eaten to get the buffs. Very unfortunate.
